A penthouse apartment in Chicago
The hotel is located in the former Montgomery Ward headquarters, the residence for an art gallery owner and the family was conceived as a "private space and public art gallery. The residence is located in the southeast corner of the original floor penthouse, with sweeping views south to the skyline of the city and in the east on the John Hancock Center.
The L-shaped floor plan that are the public spaces of varying size and convertible debt levels of intimacy. One side is the small-scale kitchen, dining room and living room / media articulates room, a room shared by the connection between the shaft and views. The other side is occupied by the contrast on a large scale open living room. The space can also be embedded / separated by a series of full height curtains.
The size of the premises is not immediately on entering the facility, ebony wall boards in the text around the corner and a pipeline into the living room. At the end of the living room, a site that particular image made of red glass and stainless steel block by Jaume Plensa, anchors the corner of the room.
Here's what to consider, and you'd have fun with the details of the amazing modern living lifestyle design. I always get nervous looks from top designers in their work. I want to understand how other designers think of when they plan for their project. The details of how the color for the interior or the bank, what they want for the owner.
